Shipping & Delivery

InterviewLift, operated by The Next door Ai Pvt Ltd, is a fully digital service — no physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply. This page explains how access is delivered, when it activates, and what to expect.

§ 01

Instant digital delivery

Access is immediate

The moment your payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded and the desktop app is available for download. Delivery is electronic and typically completes within minutes — never more than 24 hours.

You will also receive a confirmation email with download links for Windows and macOS, plus an intro from your assigned customer success manager.

§ 02

Supported platforms

Windows 10+ — 64-bit
macOS 11+ — Intel and Apple Silicon
Linux is not currently supported.

§ 03

Onboarding with your CSM

Your customer success manager will email you within 24 hours of purchase to introduce themselves, review your resume, and schedule your first prep session. If you do not hear from them, email support@interviewlift.com.

§ 04

Physical goods

We occasionally ship limited-edition items (notebooks, stickers) to power users and contest winners. Those are covered by separate shipping terms included with each promotion and delivered by standard courier. We do not charge shipping for digital subscriptions.

§ 05

Problems with access

If you paid and do not see your account upgrade within 15 minutes, email support@interviewlift.com with your order reference. We will resolve it the same business day.
