Kundan founded Interview Lift in 2024 to turn the interview from a memory test into a structured-thinking test where candidates bring real-time AI backup. Under his leadership the platform has grown to 100,000+ users and shipped a real-time AI copilot, an AI resume builder, a 48,000-question verified company-specific bank, an automated Auto Apply engine, and a dedicated human customer-success layer that walks every paid user from resume to offer letter.

Before Interview Lift, Kundan founded and led Drivingo (driver-licensing test prep) and Guruqul (online education + skill-building) — two ventures focused on solving high-volume, exam-driven learning problems with product + funnel discipline. Drivingo and Guruqul are where he built the operating playbook he later compressed into Interview Lift: founder-led sales, conversion-obsessed onboarding, and dedicated human guidance for users at every step of their journey.

Across the past decade he has also operated across multiple teams — including time at BYJU'S, The Data Duck, Spontaa, and Pema Wellness — picking up specific muscle in growth, sales-led product development, and the bridge between technology and on-the-ground operations. Each of those experiences shaped a distinct piece of how Interview Lift is built today.

At Interview Lift specifically, Kundan owns product strategy, growth, and customer success. He personally coached over 1,000 candidates through their interview loops before founding the company, which is why every paid Interview Lift account ships with a dedicated CSM today — the real-human guidance layer is not an add-on, it is the founding insight.
