Interview Lift provides a premium AI-powered interview assistant along with dedicated human customer success managers, a resume builder, a question bank, and related features. Availability and feature set may change as we improve the product.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Please do not share accounts.
• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Don't use Interview Lift to:

• Violate any applicable law or the policies of a company you are interviewing with.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Interfere with other users or with the service itself.

Plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy for details.

Interview Lift retains all rights to the service, including the app, underlying models, and branding. Content you create (your resume, notes, saved transcripts) remains yours.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a job offer — we guarantee to work hard on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email and in-product before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
