3-day money-back guarantee
The short version
Email support@interviewlift.com within 3 days of purchase. Your customer success manager and our tech team will try to resolve the issue first. A full refund is issued only when the app does not give you answers and our tech team is unable to resolve it.
Eligibility: first-time paid subscription, refund requested in writing within 3 calendar days of the initial charge, the app fails to give answers on your setup, and our tech team has been unable to resolve the reported issue.

How to request
- Email support@interviewlift.com from the address on your account.
- Include your order reference (or the email we sent when you subscribed).
- Briefly describe the issue — optional, but it helps us improve.
§ 03
Processing time
Refunds are approved within 2 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5 – 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
§ 04
After the 3-day window
Outside the initial window, we can offer pro-rated credits on a case-by-case basis if the service is materially unavailable. Otherwise, you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
§ 05
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available on gift subscriptions once redeemed.
- Accounts terminated for acceptable-use violations are not eligible.
- Chargebacks bypass this policy and are handled by your card issuer.
