InterviewLift provides a premium AI-powered interview assistant along with dedicated human customer success managers, a resume builder, a question bank, and related features. Availability and feature set may change as we improve the product.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Please do not share accounts.
• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Don't use InterviewLift to:

• Violate any applicable law or the policies of a company you are interviewing with.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Interfere with other users or with the service itself.

All plans and prices are displayed on our pricing page before checkout. For customers in India, prices are charged in Indian Rupees (₹ INR); applicable taxes are as indicated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by RBI-authorised payment aggregators (currently Razorpay). We accept UPI, net banking, and major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and RuPay. Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor — we never see or store them.

Plans are billed in advance. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled; one-time plans do not renew. You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy — and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee — applicable only when the app does not give you answers on a supported meeting platform, your device meets the published minimum requirements, and our tech team cannot resolve the issue after reviewing diagnostic logs and a live troubleshooting session. InterviewLift retains all rights to the service, including the app, underlying models, and branding. Content you create (your resume, notes, saved transcripts) remains yours.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a job offer — we guarantee to work hard on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Patna, Bihar, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email and in-product before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
