We offer a conditional refund only to users subscribed to the 12-month plan.

• No job secured after completing the 12-month period.
• Proof of active effort: job applications, mock interviews, or other platform usage.
• Request must be submitted within 30 days of the 12-month term ending.

No refunds for shorter plans, early cancellations, or unrelated reasons.

• Strictly no account sharing. Each subscription is personal and non-transferable.
• Detected sharing will result in permanent ban without notice.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases.
